Because each Blu-Ray is a custom-made, physical product manufactured on-demand with unique user content, the following refund rules apply:
Pre-Upload Cancellation: A 100% refund is available if the cancellation occurs before the scheduled “upload week” begins.
Post-Upload Cancellation: Once the user has uploaded their files and the curation or rendering process has started, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted, as the technical work has already been executed.
If the physical disc arrives with playback errors or aesthetic damage caused during shipping:
The user has 7 days after receipt to report the defect.
Upon verification, we will provide a replacement disc at no additional cost.
