What is The Special Feature?
The Special Feature transforms your monthly photos and videos into a premium Blu-ray experience, complete with custom menus, cover art, disc artwork, and professionally organized memories.
How does it work?
You place an order, create an account, and simply upload your photos and videos for the month. Our team organizes the content, creates a custom Blu-ray, designs the packaging, and ships it directly to your door.
Can I put anything I want in the Blu-ray?
Theoretically yes, (as long as it’s not copyrighted material). However, we strongly encourage you to send us pictures or videos that are representative of your month.
Which month’s memories am I supposed to send?
You’re expected to send out the files that correspond to the last complete month. For example, if you were to place an order on August 8th, you would send us the pictures and videos that you took during the month of July.
When am I supposed to send out my files?
As soon as you place your order. If you purchased a subscription, (either monthly or yearly) you must send us your new files once a month.
When should I expect to receive my Blu-ray?
You should expect to receive your Blu-ray 2 to 3 weeks after you’ve sent us your files.
Do I need to organize my files before uploading?
No, there is no need for you to organize them. Your files will be organized according to the date they were created in.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we can only ship inside the U.S.
Are my files kept private?
Absolutely. Your photos and videos are used solely for the creation of your Blu-ray and are never shared with third parties.
